Ordering Online
Once you have selected your items I give you the chance to review the items you have selected and make any adjustments – once you are happy with the content of your basket you can move to checkout. At checkout you will be asked to input your details to log in if you are a returning customer or for new customers to add billing/delivery address details then select postage option (see below). Payment type: via PayPal or credit/debit card. Please note, I DO NOT accept cash by post. I will send you an order confirmation via email and also inform you when your order is being posted to you.
Postage
Delivery for all UK orders choose:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.95 (1-2 working days delivery)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.95 (3-5 working days delivery)
Click & Collect available by request from Marple (SK6 6BD)
I pride myself on fast and efficient service and will always endeavour to dispatch your goods same day if ordered before 2pm or within 1 working day if after this time. Royal Mail is generally used for my deliveries and a signature may be required. All in stock items shall if possible be dispatched in one parcel. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of any items on your order, I will advise you by email.
Delivery may require a signature for acceptance of delivery so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for it
I shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If I fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond my reasonable control or your fault & I am accordingly liable to you, my liability shall be limited to the price of the goods if you have any queries on delivery of your order please send a message via the ‘contact us’ form
Order Cancellation
I am happy to accept cancellation of your order by email/message (Mon- Fri 10am-4pm) prior to despatch of goods. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Please note that once an order has been processed I issue a confirmation email.
Payment
The Funky Flower Gifts online store uses PayPal an on-line secure payment facility that allows easy and secure payment. PayPal provides our customer the facility to make payments for my products by using any of the recognised payment or credit cards featured on the logo or to complete the transaction through PayPal registration.
Returns Policy
Funky Flower Gifts can offer a refund on items that are returned unopened & unused in original packaging when returned to me with your Returns Reference Code.
To return items to Funky Flower Gifts please send a message via the ‘contact us’ form with your full name, original order reference number and reason for return. I will then send to you via email a unique Returns Reference Code which you must include with your return parcel as I cannot process your refund without this code. Return the unwanted purchase including a note detailing your Returns Reference Code , name, address and telephone number to the following address within 7 days of receipt of goods:

You are responsible for goods until they reach me. For your own protection, I recommend that you obtain proof of postage and items must be returned at your own cost. I regret that Funky Flower Gifts cannot refund the cost of postage. Once the returned goods have been received I will process your refund via payPal the method which the original payment was made.
If the goods I sent to you are found to be faulty within 14 days of you receiving them, please send a message via the ‘contact us’ form & I will send you a unique Returns Reference Code & return goods as per instructions above for returning items -if goods are faulty I will of course refund your postage costs. I will either replace the goods (if stock available) or refund your purchase.

Terms & Conditions
The Funky Flower Gifts website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any contract for sale of goods between Funky Flower Gifts and yourself will be interpreted, construed & enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Funky Flower Gifts irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Paper Napkins – Important Ordering Information
Orders of all sizes are welcome. However, if you are a business or a private individual seller wishing to purchase paper napkins in bulk for resale – whether through other retail sites, Facebook groups, or your own website – please contact me before placing your order. This website operates as a retail store, not a wholesale supplier.
Large mixed paper napkin orders may be cancelled at my discretion if no prior discussion has taken place.
