*Delivery Information*

Standard delivery charge is £3.95 on all UK orders At the moment orders will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Service or via 1st Class depending on size & weight

Covid19 Delivery Update - Please note that due to Coronavirus, I am working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. You may experience a delay in delivery times from Royal Mail Service however, I am doing everything I can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible

I am limiting my postage days to twice weekly at the moment & will be keeping contact to a minimum. Therefore orders will be posted out on Tuesdays & Fridays each week. Next day delivery service is not available at this time but will be added when the service resumes. An email notification will be sent when your order has been dispatched

I shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If I fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond my reasonable control or your fault & I am accordingly liable to you, my liability shall be limited to the price of the goods if you have any queries on delivery of your order please send me a message via the contact form above

*Returns Policy / Customer Service*

I work hard to make sure that the items you order are of the highest quality & are delivered promptly. However, if you should be unhappy with any product purchased from Funky Flower Gifts, I will do what I can to assist you. I am always happy to help in any way with any questions or concerns that you have, please do not hesitate to get in touch please send me a message via the contact form above

Returns If you wish to return an item please notify me with your reasons for wanting to do so please send me a message via the contact form above. I will then confirm your return with you & provide a return reference number & all the necessary details. My returns policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item, I cannot accept any returned items without this prior notification.

Your right to cancel You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of my posting it to you, provided you notify me first & post the goods back. The goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging, with all tags & paperwork in place. We will not offer a refund on any item which has had its packaging damaged or that cannot be resold 'as new'. You are responsible for goods until they reach us. For your own protection, I recommend that you obtain proof of postage. I do not pay for return postage this will be at your own cost unless goods are faulty.

Faulty Goods If the goods I sent to you are found to be faulty within 14 days of you receiving them, please notify me via the contact form above & I will send you a reference number & details of where to post the goods back - I will of course refund your postage costs. I will either replace the goods (if stock available) or refund your purchase, whichever you would prefer.
